I know what it’s like to spend years of your life working for success, only to have it all taken away.

After 25 years of developing sales leaders in the banking industry, I was called into a boardroom and fired. But what initially felt like a bad ending was instead a beautiful new beginning.
Inspired by my powerhouse mother and driven by my own journey overcoming alcoholism, managing panic attacks and single motherhood, I accepted a leadership role with a financial technology (fintech) start-up that enabled me to get more money into the hands of underserved women business owners.
This experience inspired me to help women achieve success that can’t be taken away. The company I founded, Gypsy Soul Coaching (a name that honored my Mom) has grown to become Dora Rankin Coaching.

My mission is to help women like you achieve financial freedom through authentic, heart-driven sales.
